3D Marshmallow Shapes

Some excellent knowledge of 3D shapes. The children are going to take these pictures and complete an assessment about the names of the parts of the shapes.

Mission Menu 8th April

Don't forget Mission Menu is due on the 8th of April at 9am. Please remember not to leave it to the last weekend and this wouldn't be sufficient to obtain the reward at the end.

Changes to the class layout!

There have been some changes this year to the class layout. The desks have shifted sides based on getting the children out of the afternoon sun, Mr C's desk has moved to create space for the new Reading Area and Library Shelf, and a WOW word tree has been added to increase the children's vocabulary and giving them a chance to use it in their writing.

Room 2 Treasure Box Buzz Group

Buzz Group Treasure Boxes. The kids had all week to manage themselves and gather up five things that they liked or were interested in. The Year fours had the challenge of remembering their items from last year and change three of them to show how people can make changes in the things they are interested in. The kids had 2 success criteria and they were being able to share and feel appreciated by their group members, and being able to ask 3 questions. We will reflect on it after the session has finished.

Crazy Dress Up Day 28th Nov

We are raising money for the Phillipines and we brought in $57.10! That's almost $2 per child.
